- Task completion photos: Stored securely in iCloud
- Screen time settings: Managed via Apple Screen Time API
3. Data Storage
All data is stored securely in Apple's iCloud using CloudKit. Your data is:
- Encrypted in transit and at rest
- Accessible only by your family members
- Never sold or shared with third parties
4. Screen Time API
Earn Time uses Apple's Screen Time API (FamilyControls framework) to:
- Block apps when screen time runs out
- Unlock apps when time is earned
This data is processed locally on the device and is not sent to our servers.
