2. Description of Service

Earn Time is a family screen time management app that allows:

• Parents to create tasks with time rewards
• Children to complete tasks and earn screen time
• Automatic app blocking when time runs out
• Family synchronization via iCloud

3. Requirements

• iPhone or iPad with iOS 17.0 or later
• Active iCloud account
• Child must be part of Family Sharing group
• Screen Time permissions must be granted

4. Purchases

Earn Time offers a one-time purchase for €5.99 that includes:

• 7-day free trial
• Lifetime access to all features
• All future updates

Payments are processed by Apple. Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the app only for lawful purposes
• Supervise children's use of the app
• Not attempt to circumvent screen time controls
• Keep your family code secure

6. Disclaimer

Earn Time is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
