- Task completion photos: stored securely in iCloud
- Screen time settings: managed via the Apple Screen Time API
2. Data Storage
All data is stored securely in Apple's iCloud using CloudKit. Your data is:
- Encrypted in transit and at rest
- Accessible only by your family members
- Never sold or shared with third parties
3. Screen Time API
EarnTime uses Apple's Screen Time API (FamilyControls framework) to:
- Block apps when screen time runs out
- Unlock apps when time is earned
This data is processed locally on the device and is never sent to our servers.
