Welcome to Kids Quest. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Using the app

Kids Quest is a family chore and rewards app intended to be set up and supervised by a parent or legal guardian. You agree to use the app only for lawful, personal, non-commercial family purposes.

2. Your content

You own the content you create in the app (tasks, rewards, photos, messages). This content is stored in your own iCloud account. You are responsible for the content added by your family and for supervising your children's use of the app.

3. Subscriptions and purchases

Kids Quest may offer a free trial and optional auto-renewable subscriptions or a one-time purchase to unlock full features. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. This app uses the standard Apple Terms of Use (EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

4. Availability

The app relies on Apple services such as iCloud to sync data between devices. We do our best to keep the app working reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

5. Disclaimer

Kids Quest is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
